Dear Parents/Carers
In Scotts Park, we value reading enormously, and we want to ensure that every child has the opportunity and resources to read every day. As a consequence of the school’s closure, we are aware that some children may not have enough books to read at home. We are trying to find ways to facilitate book pickups from school.
Therefore, we would like to invite you to our “Lending Library” on Thursday, the 11th of February 2021, from 1pm to 3pm to choose a book to take home for your child. That way, we know that everyone has a book or two to read over the half term.
In order for us to organize this in the safest way possible, please let us know if you wish to attend by sending an email to the office with the subject “Lending Library “ and the class your child is in by Tuesday the 9th of February 2021.
Thank you
Mrs Gidei /Mrs Whelton
